The majority of my prints and drawings are made on found, reused, handmade or gifted paper. I often incorporate recycled materials using items like Tetra Paks (the silver foil inside food and drink cartons) in place of traditional printing plates. Many of these works were created in domestic spaces, such as the kitchen or garden, using simple processes and everyday objects most people have access to. This approach reflects both an effort to reduce my environmental impact and a belief that creative expression should be available to everyone, unhindered by financial constraints, specialist knowledge or access to specific materials.
